      Change is Good

      Pros

      Employees and company culture. Our parking is paid for and free lunch every Monday. Lots of opportunity for company growth recently. I was able to move into a role with a much larger earning potential that didn't exist last year.

      Cons

      There are some bad eggs, but they are being weeded out. The company made its name on accountability and some under performers have gotten by until recently. Need more accountability of under performers.
