Rewarding job working with amazing kids. Supportive community of supervisors and co-workers. Flexible scheduling that works well with student schedules. Good Teacher to student ratios make it less stressful than other swim teaching jobs.

Cons

Pay isn't great compared to wages at rec centers nearby.
