      DCU has always been a welcoming and friendly environment to work in. I feel comfortable with most coworkers and everyone is willing to help out if needed, especially when trying to resolve an issue.

      Communication and transparency from upper management could improve but other than that, no major cons

      Pros

      Generous pay increases over the past 2 years have made it one one the highest paid credit unions in the area, clear path to advance you career with pay raises each time you level up. Very generous PTO and holidays.
