      Supportive management but stress and communication challenges persist

      The Company provides: Good Management strong leadership, meaningful career for their staff members, provide supportive team environment.

      Cons

      The job could be stressful, staff members sometimes experience communication challenges, employee's sometimes struggle to separate work and personal life.

      Flexible work environment with supportive management

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and I have a very supportive line manager. Dimensions really does live by its values on a day to day basis, in my experience

      Dimensions: Great people, rewarding job

      I’ve worked for Dimensions for many years. Working with the people we support is genuinely the best part. They’re all great individuals. To do well here, you need to have a heart for them and be able to put yourself in their shoes. If you care, it’s a really rewarding job.I'm happy to include my name. I've enjoyed working with him and I think transparency Kasi x

      - Shifts can be long and physically demanding, but that’s care work - Pay is okay for the sector but could be higher with cost of living
