      Management is great and very helpful. Fantastic team and vision for where they are going. Great place to work! If you do your job it can be very rewarding and lucrative.

      Competitive industry as you could imagine, but that is just what comes along with any sales role.

      The company really works to help you succeed and provide a great compensation plan. If you work hard you will most likely succeed.

      Cons

      Cold calling can really grind on you. If you cannot handle rude people and rejection this is not the job for you.

      Pros

      Employees in every department are there to help other employees and everyone works together to satisfy the customers. Recently Digitec merged with and acquired 2 companies so they have expanded their offerings and are able to use an advisory approach with potential/existing customers. As a result, there is a major re-branding in process.

      Cons

      The office is in Sugar Land. Bosses send emails way past 5 PM.
