      Pros

      Because we are a smaller team, you are able to work on a wide variety of projects. This means you are learning a lot and working closely with the other members of the team, which is extremely rewarding and fun. Pays well and offers quarterly bonuses, which is very rewarding. Leadership team (at least for engineering) is very supportive and patient, often working closely with the team to collaborate and advise.

      I honestly cannot provide one con. If you want to grow and accelerate your career, Digital Dynamics is the place to work.
