- Leadership is by far the most lacking trait at this company - Employer gaslights, lies, and blames workers for their own mistakes. - Constant micromanagement from upper management creates a tense and frustrating workplace environment. - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING work space. Everywhere in the company building is unkempt, disorganized, and constantly dirty. - No matter what they offer, the truth is that you are not guaranteed basic employee rights.
