      Smaller teams to be a part of. SO many amazing benefits. Good work/life balance. They really care about you here and take care of their employees. You do sometimes feel like a small fish in a big pond, but the daily main focus on your team helps you feel like you belong and matter.

      Cons

      Automation is scary in the sense that you may be working towards having bots take your position in the company.
