great office culture, wide age range so everyone has a good group of similar colleagues, CEO expects a lot out of his employees but is also really caring about who we are outside of work, no one ever raises their voice here or belittles, genuinely good group of people, personal growth is recognized, benefits are very good. They're also good about finding what people are good at and focusing in on those skills.
Cons
My personal growth in the business has taken longer than expected but not necessarily because of any issues internally- its been a learning curve but within a year I'm positive I'll be where I would like to be compensation-wise.
