Pros

Paid training, fantastic instructors, great career starter, helpful support. Dev10 is an excellent opportunity for anyone who has a degree, but is struggling to find a job in tech. I have a bachelor's in Computer Science, but spent 4 years working at a grocery. Dev10 helped me learn current, applicable skills and networked several interviews. Thanks to Dev10 I was able to get my career started and actually use my skills!

Cons

1 year contract, random job placement

Pros

Helps you get matched with an employer to gain experience Really good hands on projects and gives you experience to code in a collaborative environment You’ll definitely benefit more if you have less coding experience Overall a great company

Cons

50k for year 1 but its understandable because they do all of the leg work to get you matched with an employer Contract is for 27 months BUT you can get converted to a client early (it really depends) A lot of ambiguity behind what employer you will get matched with You have to relocate if your placement is not remote there’s definitely remote opportunities
