Pros
Small company, leadership, personal growth, does not hold your hand through things. Positive work environment. Very clean office. Nice co-workers
Cons
Not the best pay around, but getting better. A lot of responsibility falls on you. Not the best communication through the office, but using 21st technology so coming around.

Pros
The environment is great, most of the people are great. When I worked there they had work parties/Holiday parties, Spirit Week, which was awesome and everything I could have ever hoped for, but...
Cons
As a production artist, the pay was absolutely terrible. They are paid by the hour and production artists/creative services worked overtime just to keep afloat. On top of that the wait for PTO is RIDICULOUS and unheard of due to their "intern" period and probation period, which seem to be separate things there. You do not get that much creative freedom and every once in a blue moon they will let you do developmental work for screen print design, however, don't expect a lengthy critique on these. They will most likely look at it, say it is nice then rule it out, and then a higher up employee will steal your ideas and you will see 20% of your idea on a T-shirt. I would pass this place. Find a different job.
