      Pros

      You will find this firm to be stacked with colleagues willing to take ownership of all facets of project work, and conduct it in a most collaborative fashion. This is an excellent place both for new engineers getting out of school to learn their craft, as well as industry veterans looking for a change.

      Cons

      I have given myself roughly a year after departure to base my review on lasting memories of pros/cons. I cannot think of any substantial negative. I would encourage them to grant paternal leave in the event of childbirth.
