Excellent growth opportunities if you put in the work. The company recognizes hard work and doesn’t have time for anything less.

Cons

It’s all or nothing. You’re either so busy you can barely keep up or you don’t have much to do. This comes with the nature of the business and isn’t a con if you thrive in a fast-paced, high stakes environment like I do. However, I know this may not be for everyone.
