It's great to work with a company that is focused on product innovation and has a culture where you can work hard and still have fun throughout the day. + Best-in-class software platform that customers love + Experienced and supportive leadership team + Constant learning and professional development + Excellent benefits
Cons
Like any early startup this is not a 9-5 job. That being said, putting in the time surrounded by talented people and a culture of constant learning enables the rapid improvement of a variety of technical and soft skills that just wouldn't be possible in a more traditional office job.
