Pros

Delve is an amazing place to work overall. The culture attracts a group of genuine and talented people and leadership embodies the culture that it puts forth. The benefits are generous, the office is a very cool collaborative space and the opportunity to grow is exceptional within this company. Leadership provides a large amount of transparency to the team. Overall, very positive place to work!

Cons

There are a lack of processes in place, but this is something Delve is actively working towards implementing. The nature of the company can feel chaotic at times but I believe it is all part of the growth process and the ability to be adaptable. Delve has a lot of potential to become an even greater place to work, and I hope and trust that they will follow through with some of the positive changes they speak of!
