People, culture, atmosphere, benefits, pay, generous PTO, profit sharing, quality product, non-corporate, family owned, advancement opportunities, flexibility, long term employment to retirement actually happens, ahead of the curve in so many ways . . .
Cons
Twisted arm response: Walls are thin so you hear everyone's conversations. High class problem to have these days.

Pros
From the President to the Janitor, Deltec Homes is filled with caring people! Everyone got the picture that we were all playing for the same team and working together for a common cause. To date it was the best place I have worked.
Cons
My only complaint about the company was the industry. I was simply ready to move away from construction. It was no fault of Deltec's.
