      Pay is great, people are friendly and helpful, especially management - work environment is for the most part very positive - the position itself is varied and challenging.

      Cons

      Casual Contract only lasts 90 days per calendar year as a casual, you dont get any benefits, vacation, sick leave or pension hiring for indeterminate employees is spotty at best and non-existent at worse
