It's a high-paced, multinational and multicultural company, employing specialists from all over the world. The employees are chosen thoroughly based on their skills and personality, which creates a well-balanced working space with good cooperation between colleagues. All projects are executed professionally, delivering the highest quality to the Customers, providing them with a top-level end-product enabling further growth of their companies while delivering positive Customer experience.
Cons
I took the time to read the reviews of candidates who haven't been hired for the job, and have to say, it was quite an unpleasant experience. It's hard to be rejected, and it certainly is hard to fail, though unfortunately not all candidates can be hired. Failing should be an opportunity for learning and recognizing own weaknesses, not a reason to tarnish a name of a company. From my point of view, the interview process and working for this company is a positive experience.
