Fantastic engineers who can turn their hand to seemingly any challenge in any cloud environment - massively parallel and distributed computation or containerised expertise. Will often write their own tooling if current approaches don't exist. A brilliant product team that bring the whole experience together and professionalise the team. Super talented data scientists with diverse backgrounds and expertise - lots of curiosity to try and get great science to do cool things!
Cons
Try to set the good example for the team and give them the message about not working over hours - but inevitably work creeps in especially at the Director level.
