Pros

Throughout my employment here, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Highlights include the freedom to express ideas openly and the opportunity to collaborate with diverse clients across various industries. Additionally, the company offers proprietary technology products in fields such as ETL, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, and, most recently, Artificial Intelligence, which significantly strengthens employee credibility through exposure to cutting-edge solutions. Employee welfare is also well-managed, particularly in terms of medical benefits and reimbursement claims. In other words, this is an excellent place, especially for fresh graduates, to acquire valuable IT knowledge and skills.

Cons

1.Resource constraints during high workload During peak client periods, workloads can increase rapidly. Greater resource planning could help balance this and avoid occasional burnout. 2.Learning Curve with Proprietary Technology Because we use our own proprietary technology products, there can be a steep learning curve for new employees, making initial implementation challenging and difficult when training clients. Unlike familiar products such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Azure, or Power BI, these solutions require specific expertise. Therefore, comprehensive and structured training on the company's products is essential to ensure that new employees can confidently apply this knowledge in real projects and effectively deliver end-to-end solutions to clients.
