      Pros

      The Culture. The leadership team is committed to treating employees with respect and genuinely care about the team they are building. The Purpose. Without sounding too hippy dippy the leadership and employees are driven by a need to make a positive impact on the world. It's refreshing to be a part of a company that takes a customer first approach.

      Cons

      Normal growing pains, but much healthier than most companies growing at this rate.

      Pros

      DFT is a great company to work for in many ways. *Collaborative work environment where every team members' input matters *Transparent mission, vision, and company goals shared with everyone *Leadership that trusts their employees to get the job done well without micromanaging *Executives cultivate a high-performing environment while encouraging necessary work-life balance for all employees *Generous PTO and National Holidays given *Feedback given to employees on a very regular basis so that they can know when they're doing well and areas that might need some improvement *Team members are highly intelligent and self-motivated

      Cons

      Like any rapidly growing company, there were a few growing pains along the way, but DFT has forged through them and come out on the other side better and more equipped to effectively handle the continual growth. Which, is a GREAT thing because this company's growth isn't slowing down ANY TIME soon!
