New hires are not set-up for success as training or introduction to web systems was non-existent for a new web developer. I was not introduced or toured through the office and my first two days I twiddled my thumbs as they did not know what to do. Their expectations that I would hit the 'ground running' in only one week with NO traditional DevOp operation introductions was completely unrealistic.
