      There is a focus on self development that I've rarely seen at other companies - they want you to succeed, because it means their success.

      Cons

      Nothing I've seen yet, they are in a really good place at the moment growing rapidly.

      Pros

      I get on with practically everyone I work with, from juniors all the way to the founders of the business. I work on a variety of clients. I'm listened to.

      Cons

      We're expanding, which means there are teething issues - working out how things should happen as we get bigger, whilst retaining our great culture is tricky. On the plus side, I get to help work that out.
