      Good people trying hard

      Pros

      Good group of people that are trying hard to evolve the organization is a very competitive market. Flexibility and work/life balance is good. Partner with leading companies in IT. Good moral and ethical approach to sales.

      Cons

      Struggling to find a niche in a demanding market place. Worried about the long term viability of the organization but it always does seem to prosper. Effort and ideas are there but execution is challenging. Too many of teh silos or business units seem intent on doing their own thing instead of a unified approach

      Solid Brand and Reputation for doing business right, Family like office, Great learning environment for Career Starters

      Cons

      If you use Transit and like to eat out there is limited meal options nearby, if you drive parking is an issue.

      Great working environment with strong consideration given to work life balance. Easy to get to via public transit. Management supportive with local charities and encourages staff involvement. Friday summer BBQs .

      Cons

      On a rainy day there is only Subway for lunch. Parking can be a challenge at certain times.
