      Amazing leadership that allows you to impact the trajectory of the organization and your career. This is the first organization I have worked for that truly values the skills and expertise you bring to the table and is willing to support you and grow you where you need improvement. We live each interaction by our core values and not just by our pocket book or what is easy. Again, this is the first organization that puts values and morals ahead of profit and self interest. If you want to make a difference and not sell out your soul, this is the organization for you.

      Being a small growing and ever evolving business and if you are wanting structure and business as usual, this is not the environment for you. If you want fast pace and excitement, to be apart of something unique and special ... you are our kind of recruit .. come join the family!!!

      Family oriented. Each departments help each other get things done. Full benefits packages. Remote from Home is possible. Virtual meetings with your teams. Fun Games for Community Outreach / Charity Hard work is incentivized. Company Gatherings Work/Life Balance Friendly competitions on the sales side. Earn a base salary PLUS commission in the sales department. Win Prizes We have fun here!

      Cannot take work everywhere you go, or can you? You wish there was more time to stay clocked in.

      Pros

      I've been with DRF for three years, and I absolutely love my job. The owner, management, and long-term employees are all incredible people and a pleasure to work with. DRF has great benefit packages that promote a healthy work-life balance, and a very competitive bonus structure for their sales team. In general, competition is at a healthy level while associates still help each other out whenever possible, which can be rare in sales. Management is responsive and supportive, and does not micromanage. As a company, they do lots of things for to serve the community as well, which makes me feel good. I've experienced other sales jobs, and I can honestly say companies like DRF are hard to come by.

      Cons

      I can only speak as a person in the sales role. Learning the position when I was new was a challenge and not for the faint of heart. There were alot of things to learn, but I think that's probably true for any sales job. That being said, the company has made huge strides in the last three years to streamline information, creating programs and systems to help new hires succeed, and other associates such as myself are always willing to help.
