      Ability to work remotely, friendly and knowledgeable co-workers, relaxed atmosphere, employees treated fairly.

      Cons

      Many diverse projects but some can be uninspiring at times. Not the company's fault.

      Pros

      Extremely relaxed and casual atmosphere. Flexible work hours. Interesting projects. Good benefits. Friendly co-workers, support staff and management. Employee generated ideas and proposed solutions are given serious consideration and often become the final solution following customer approval. If you enjoy being micro-managed in a formal suit and tie atmosphere, this is definitely not the place for you.

      Cons

      May not always be doing exactly what you were hired for. This may be a pro or con depending on your perspective. My skill set was able to accommodate what I was asked to do so it wasn't an issue.
