- Good place to work - They are very responsive and they always do their best to listen to all your concerns and ensure all their employees are satisfied - they check on you from time to time to see how everything is going - very transparent and truthful

Cons

Since it is a consulting work , you will only be paid for the hours you work . This is not a negative because they clearly explain that before you start employment
