The Mission: D2Lers genuinely believe in the company’s mission. Ask almost anyone what they like most about working here and their answer will include helping people learn. Culture: This is my second stint and I’ve seen firsthand how seriously leadership takes culture. They don’t just talk, they actively invest in keeping it positive and supportive. In my experience that kind of culture focus is rare. People: The number of returning employees says a lot. Former employees come back because the work is meaningful, the culture is real and the D2L Team is top notch.

Cons

I know I could make more $ elsewhere, but my work / life balance wouldn't be very balanced.
