Pros
Cytrellis went commercial with a game-changing product in the esthetic market only 9 months ago. Lots of work to keep up with sales, but all worth it. A real team environment where people are appreciated and recognized for their hard work. Great people and culture.
Cons
Still trying to fill some remaining gaps in the organization structure.
