Salary is below market rate and commonly Cyprotex/Evotec pay the minimum they can for the role advertised which is disappointing. For a company that claims to value people, they don't value them that well, or enough, or fairly.

Competitive salary and benefits. Management treat you like a human being. There is room to grow you skills based on what you want to do. Rapidly expanding and always busy.

Cons

Progression from Associate Scientist to Scientist is not guaranteed as it is based on needs of the team rather than personal development. Company still suffers in place from having a small company mindset, but is improving.
