- A President and leadership team who desire to support and see employees be successful in business and in life. - A pumpkin plan - ensuring that undesirable clients don't stick around long. - Opportunities for type A personalities to show what their made of. To make an impact on operations internally and for clients. - We love ideas for improvement and for people to take ownership. - We value and make room for your personal life and family. Take care of yourself first. - A focus on continual learning, continual improvement personally, professionally, and operationally. - *Bring your self to work, flaws and all, we're professionals but we're people too.
Cons
- Professional Services can be a high intensity environment. - IT Services can be thankless work, and you tend to only get calls when people are stressed and/or upset because something is broken. - Continual improvement efforts demand a lot of effort and discipline. - Continual improvement/innovation efforts can sometimes seem chaotic as new ideas are fleshed out, implemented and tested. - *Be prepared to work on those flaws.
