      Pros

      I've been working at Customlytics for almost 2 years already, and the experience has been pretty nice - I always have to learn something new since the mobile app marketing environment is evolving constantly. My work is appreciated by both fellow colleagues and the management - I can feel this, it's one of the greatest motivators to go on. I also enjoy that we have our regular Summer Breeze event when we meet each other, do some learnings and fun activities together - it's bonding. Moreover, as for Ukrainian, I highly appreciate the values of the company - Customlytics supports Ukraine in its will to live freely and democratically.

      Cons

      I'd enjoy seeing my colleagues face-to-face a bit more often - that's one of the cons of working remotely.

      Pros

      They have a very dynamic method of interviewing, as there are three interviews in total and they don't take too long in that period to decide whether you continue or not. Less than a week to hear back between interviews. The first one is a bit more contact, talking about what you've done and why you want to work at customlytics. Then there is a trial day which is quite interesting and a lot of fun to do, and finally we have shorts meetings with various people, some from your department and some with another department that might be related.

      Cons

      For me, the whole process is a bit overwhelming and takes at least three weeks because of the interviews, but it has been enjoyable.

      Pros

      - good performance will result decent promotions - lot of possiblities o to learn & grow - diversity of projects & culture - regular & direct feedback - good level of autonomy (if you do a good job) - nice company benefits even a BVG card during corona times and 100% home office possibility - hard working leads across all departments

      Cons

      - some junior colleagues that think they know already everything and are the greatest - no job to chill & relax. clients & managers brig up pressure if you are not executing adequate
