      Pros

      Custom Engineering is a great company to work for. There are numerous projects of various kinds to both apply your skill set as well as learn a few new skills on the job. Projects allow for both in the office design with Auto CAD, Revit, and Visual Lighting as well as on site field work.

      Cons

      The only con would be that it is a small, company, but this ends up being an advantage in the end. It allows for a good balance of workload and responsibility for each project.
