Pros
If you work hard promotion opportunities are there for the taking as well as raises. If you prove yourself you'll be included on higher level decision making processes and collaborative teams. Very flexible when it comes to needing time for appointments and such. You can literally travel the world with this company. CCC is a very diverse company which is important to me. The company is recently undergoing changes in process, organization, and the like which will make it an even better place to work at! Great 401k, medical, and dental coverage.
Cons
It would be nice to accrue sick pay in and of itself instead of it being pooled in with vacation time. Some of the "old guard" are very resistant to change which makes working with those individuals a challenge to say the least. Sometimes you'll find a method to not interact with those people which is unfortunate for the company. The new changes that have taken place or are currently in work seem to have also rubbed some of the employees the wrong way, which in turn has generated a toxic environment in some areas of the company. It's hard to keep an upbeat attitude when some folks insist on constant griping! You can't be upset about the lack of promotion/bonuses if instead of contributing you complain day after day and badmouth management and your peers at every opportunity! If some CCC employees think that other people don't hear the complaints/badmouthing made and report it to management then they are sadly mistaken. Maybe it's not the company but some of the employees that need an attitude adjustment.
