been working at Cubert for 2 years now, we've seen our ups and our downs together as a team. Pros - Sr management is getting their hands dirty working along side us - Keeping morale good during tough times - Investing in personal growth - A lot of new learning and growth

Cons

- A bit disorganized after downsizing, but still wouldn't trade this position for anywhere else
