      Pros

      Small company that promotes growth within. Owner has an open door policy that allows interaction with ideas and processes. Great benefits, decent pay,employees get bonuses based on sales.

      Fast paced, physical work,loud noises.

      Pros

      Loved the commute! Mostly good people and workers, with a handful of undesirables. The owner Mike is a good man, decent human being

      Cons

      Young inexperienced engineers had way too much say and control, too many politics. They still use an actual time card unit that punches your time card, didn't know those still existed. Reviews and pay increases are rare (I was told in my short time there).

      Fair wage. Flexible schedule. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Poor to no training. Multiple requests for additional training went unanswered. Definitely wasn't given a fair shot at success. I had no idea I wasn't meeting expectations despite multiple inquiries regarding such information.
