      Employee development. Promotion opportunities. Satisfying career. Great Support Network. Effective Management. Requests honest employee feedback. Understanding upper management. Great perks and commissions. Always evolving.

      Cons

      Often understaffed. Always learning new processes. Constantly keeping up with insurances changing policies. Busy offices with not enough time to complete daily tasks.

      Pros

      Company does try to listen to employees and adjust. Decent benefits. They always try to promote from within. Great place for a new manager to get management experience.

      Cons

      Very low pay scale. By trying to keep payroll low, stores are always understaffed. The entire company is actually understaffed which leads to a lot of frustration from the employees standpoint. Outdated equipment that also makes doing your job difficult.
