As long as you're a good worker that does your job right, or at least trying hard they will treat you well. They don't suffer people who do do crap work, so stay away if your a lazy slacker and expect to get your pay for free.
Cons
No set time to get off work. You're off when you finish your route.

Thanks for the feedback! We love having solid people working on our teams! Thank you for seeing the vision and helping us achieve great things! Jarret V.P. of Ops
I was tasked with coming on board to make necessary changes due to the company experiencing what most companies do; growing pains. The owners of the company have been willing to adjust where needed as long as it's been within reason. There have been many concerns along the way, but each and every one of them get addressed in due time. Their willingness to create a pay structure that rewards hard working employees is evidence that they aren't afraid to pay people what they're worth. Unfortunately, many who don't reach those levels don't do so for reasons of their own...not due to the efforts of Croach.
Cons
Can be very hectic in the Summer (as it is within the industry), but it is offset by a more than manageable offseason. I like to say "we earn our falls and winters around here."
