      Pros

      Dependable company, being a new machinist I like that they have machinist training programs. Feels like family here. Pay is good and the more you learn in the shop the more money you make.

      Cons

      The layoffs when work is slow. Can be bumped to different shift times, which makes getting childcare hard.
