Pros
A lot of experience if you've never worked IT before. Great starting job. Heart of Manhattan. Get to deal with a variety of tech. The boss is flexible with hours.
Cons
Overtime pay, and likewise, overtime, does not exist. Job is very hectic, chaotic, and disorganized. Different employees have different expectations for how different things should be run, leading to a lack of consistency, bad image for customers and unspoken, internal confusion within the team. The boss has unrealistic expectations for every employee. The boss has a short temper and is prone to taking it out on employees unfairly. Schedule is very strange (we're closed Thursdays and Sundays). Only 5 days of PTO, they're not transferrable year to year either.
