      Pros

      Great benefits. The leadership really cares about employees. Your work makes a difference. The company culture values quality. Employee suggestions are taken seriously. The atmosphere is usually relaxed. The dress code is informal.

      Cons

      It's a small company in an industry of big fish. This can lead to periods of instability. There are some communication issues between departments, but nothing out of the ordinary.

      Pros

      Big enough company for some great perks but small enough to really feel like a family atmosphere. Pharma is a serious business but they still make time for fun events to boost morale. Culture is great! There's a lot of teamwork and comradery so you never feel like you're working in a silo - which is nice and different from a lot of other companies.

      Cons

      I really can't think of much to say in terms of the negative. I had the opportunity to work on so many different things (always keeping it interesting) which would not have been possible in a large corporation. The variety meant I was always challenged and never bored.

      Pros

      First of all, the drive is perfect for me, as I live in North Liberty. The commute is good if you live anywhere in the creative corridor. I absolutely love coming to work everyday. I feel very lucky to have a tremendous supervisor/mentor that provides me with the correct tools and freedomI need to work on projects. The hours are excellent and very flexible.

      Cons

      Many employees get the opportunity to work with different departments in the company. I find this very beneficial because it gives me a chance to better understand the company and health care industry as a whole. No swimming in the pond.
