The salary was decent and at market. Nothing else to add.
Cons
The corporate management team seems like they never left high school. From the CFO to the some of the managers at the corporate office, they tend to take things personally and rely on office gossip for making personnel decisions. They tend to stir the pot and lie to employees about their performance and the company's future. Management creates high school like "cliques" within the departments and if you are a person who comes to work everyday, works hard and doesn't participate in their immature childish gossip, then you're insignificant to them and they treat you very unprofessionally.
