      Positive opportunity, but constant drama in the workplace

      Pros

      On an individual level, there are a lot of very friendly, caring people there. The pay isn't bad, and I genuinely got the sense that I was helping clients create positive changes.

      Cons

      Constant drama at the management level that trickled down to affect all staff negatively. Many decisions made during crisis mode, rather than based on strategy and thoughtful reflection
