      Pros

      Strong relationship and trust foundation. Open and honest communication. Small but constantly growing and finding innovative ways to better themselves. Genuine and care employees from the top down. Group homes are extremely well maintained and some of the nicest properties I’ve worked in. Work life balance is a priority .

      Cons

      Being small can be challenging when competing with other large agencies . Marketing the mission and all the good accomplish should be displayed more for the community to be more aware.

      Pros

      Make your own hours, work closely with families and able to work it around my school schedule.

      Cons

      They take a good amount of taxes out but that’s beyond their control.

      -Good people -Excellent work life balance. I am a working mom and that is so important to me -Fun workplace - Mission oriented. -Caring -Room for growth

      Not specific to this org, but some positions are underpaid due to the statewide budget cuts
