Great Benefits, flexible schedules, great staff

I have been employed at the Community Guidance Center for nearly 5 years and have worked in each of our 6 locations and with various staff at all levels. The primary focus in everything done at the Community Guidance Center is the consumer. All decisions are made based on positively impacting those who we serve, providing meaningful services and leaving a lasting impression. Staff at the Community Guidance Center have created a family atmosphere and truly care about each other, which makes going to work a pleasure. I have worked for several other local and national social service organizations in the past and have truly never learned so much at any previous employer. I have never had an employer care about my personal well-being.
