      Great learning environment with improving communication

      Pros

      The IT team provided a collaborative environment that allowed me to learn from experienced colleagues, exchange ideas, and grow significantly in both my technical skills and professional development. I gained valuable experience and had many positive opportunities throughout my time in the role.

      Cons

      At times, communication between the IT team and other departments could have been improved, though I did see positive progress being made during my time there.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with/for. Excellent teamwork/culture, great GM and Supervisor. Plenty of work! Saying goodbye to coworkers to relocate was challenging. Very much missed!

      Cons

      Long hours, a lot of Overtime! Not much of a work-life balance.
