Pros
Challenging work with an extremely supportive culture that walks the walk in terms of transparency and individual professional development.
Cons
It’s a lot of responsibility and you have to be able to operate within some grey areas. There’s extensive documentation via Notion on almost every aspect of the company (now we’re paid and who is paid what, team directory, financials, etc). Right out of the gate you need to be ready to learn and also try and provide value in a way that’s collaborative but also decisive.

Pros
Every day is exciting-- you learn a ton, and everyone is supportive of you taking on responsibility. It's a driven, ambitious, dynamic, energetic team.
Cons
Because of the pace, there's always something that has to be done. This is really a good thing, but sometimes you have to work outside of normal work hours just to get everything done. Still a small team, and a lot of responsibilities. But it's a great place for career growth opportunities.
