Pros

The collaboration within the teams is very fun and helpful. Everyone is willing to help where they can on projects or onboarding. The work load is manageable as well. The office is nice to go to for hybrid employees. The growth of the company is very cool to see, it shows with many employees sticking with the company for so long.

Cons

Pay could be a little better overall.
