Strong designs and projects for a smaller office. The owners care very much about chemistry and transparency in the office. Everyone has an opportunity to make an impact and those who have ambition are highly regarded.
Cons
The office itself is an odd layout and does not have the design presence to coincide with its talent. The office is also not conveniently located near a metro which is an issue with all Gtown offices. (Apparently we may be moving soon.)
The Collective Architecture team is one of the most creative groups I've ever worked with. The work environment is friendly and supportive and I love that the staff is so diverse. I'm always confident in recommending their design services and continue to receive positive feedback from former and current clients. Also, they have a great internship program and they have hired most of the interns full time once they graduate.
Cons
I can't think of any cons to share about Collective Architecture at this time.
