Pros

Love the management team and how supportive they are!! They look to help you as people first and I loved the hybrid model; a combination of in person and online training! Very effective. Thank you

Cons

This is not a typical work environment and it requires hard work and dedication and that’s why the team is so strong!

Thanks for 5 stars!! We appreciate the kind words about our supportive team environment. Also, we agree that the training is top notch! I do want to clarify about the pay structure. Our sales team earns in an uncapped commission system. If you are hitting your goals in low hours that is great! It means you are earning more per hour, and can either hit your goal and go home, or stay in the field to keep on getting it. There are plenty of bonuses and perks, not to mention prizes for hitting specific goals. Also, when a team member is promoted, their earnings increased based on the aforementioned commission structure. You might not consider this a traditional "raise" being that it's not hourly pay, but they do make more money, and have no limit as to what they can make, which is pretty great if you ask me! Thanks again for taking the time to give us a shoutout!
